Hypno-disc for non-trance hypnogogic stimulating type.

Because with on-line hypnosis work, it is not possible to know the exact level of trance existing at any given moment in a subject, it seemed to best practice to use Hypno-Discs, which a subject can use to create in himself a hypnosis state called non-trance, hypnogogic or twilight, such as occurs naturally when going to sleep or wakening up.  Many such discs, flashing lights, spinning poles, and even music etc- have been made usable for on-line use. Each one reported as successful by different subjects. However, person's beginning self-applied hypnosis work will find some standardization so that their feedback will contain many of the elements  for learning the process so that the hypnotist can have clues as to were you are in developing and later using this phenomenological process for best effect. Before selection the one here, fist a number of random one were tried hit and miss, until a set of images offered by Gestalt psychologists were located, that carried the premise that an basic feature of the mind was, that it somehow works to get things to form in the mind as a whole thought or perception. A number of example drawings were offered that had missing parts that when stared, at caused the mind to fill in the space and thus made something it could understand out of it.  This was something you could see with your own eyes as being a visual fact. A number of selections were tried, many clever and inventive until almost by accident the pinkish concentric ring one was clipped to fit a rectangular space and two Gestalt type illusions and sometimes a third were noted to occur when tested. 1] As you stared the rings shimmered some and sort of momentarily faintly overlaid it self, some off regisrtation. 2] As tht estaring continued at the edges where the rectangle cut off the concentric rings, the illusion that the rings jumped the edge and completed the ring for brief moments and 3] when you looked from the bright screen into a void wall above, a greenish concentric ring image was occasionally seen.
